While online submission is mandatory for digital record keeping, physical hard copies must be presented to the organizing committee on the reporting day of the tournament.

What if I make a mistake in the form?

If you've already submitted online, please do not resubmit immediately. Email the technical team with your submission reference, and they will enable editing access for your file.
